He believes that in the military meaning second half of 20 century should be classified as a third World War. Began in the new century war he calls as a fourth World War. Considering the 4 major interstate conflicts of fourth World War , author of the book comes to the conclusion that this war drawn in more and more countries, under the auspices of anti-terrorism on the one hand and the growing radical Islamism on the other.
