The book summarizes 25 - years of experience observing and thinking in the direction of the Soviet radio- secret service man to try to answer the question what is happening in the military-political field operations in the second half of the 20 - th century and launched 21 - century. The ultimate objective of this truly immense mental activity author deliberate attempt to see the possible development of the world system in the very near future, historically, through 15-20 years. The leitmotif is conducted synthesis, according to the author of the book, The Israeli issue. He believes that in the military meaning second half of 20 century should be classified as a third World War. Began in the new century war he calls as a fourth World War. Considering the 4 major interstate conflicts of fourth World War , author of the book comes to the conclusion that this war drawn in more and more countries, under the auspices of anti-terrorism on the one hand and the growing radical Islamism on the other. The central theme of a very thorough analysis conducted by the global environment is the topic of Israel. Author examines the main military and political developments Palestinian-Israeli conflict since the founding of Israel. As a result, the author of the book comes to conclusion ( he feels it incredible, but the inescapable) that the only reasonable way get out of the "irresistible anti-Israeli maze" is entering Israel in the United States. This is seen to the author of the book as being an American state, or associate membership, or join as free territory of the United States with the rights of self-government (like Puerto Rico), or transoceanic territory of the United States (as was the case with Alaska).
