Scammers

If you are new to the world wide web-beware!Today more than ever the internet is filled with people who are proud to call themself scammers.They make themselfs rich out of fooling you out of money.
We have gone from buying our product in a regular store with cash to buying our products online paying with our creditcards.Many times we have no way of knowing who sees our credit card information.
If you are new to the internet shopping thing you might not realize that alot of the internet companys are scammers.They look legit but in reality,they are just putting up a fasad.You as a customer put your trust in their hands and think that by paying you will get your merchandise.If you come across a scammer the only thing that you will get in return for your money is a lot of grief.I have made the mistake several times not knowing that the internet is full of scammers.There are several easy steps to take in order to prevent this.First of all,only deal with companys that you recognize.Names that you have heard before.Second,if you come across a company that you want to do buisness with but you dont recognize,then before you give out any information about yourself,check to see if they are listed with the better buisness bureau.If they are listed with them then I can assure you that you dont want to do buisness with them.I have made this mistake myself.Me and my husband were going on a vacation and I was going to learn how to scuba dive.we went online and bought a online course.the company that we found looked so legit.We never suspected that anything was wrong.My husband paid almost 300 dollars and we also called the company to make sure that we would have it in time.The man assured us that I would have it in 3-5 days.we waited and waited and nothing came.We called them but they never answered our calls.This made us angry because we started to feel like someone was fooling us for our money.We called them several times a day but the only thing we got was an answering machine.Our vacation came closer and closer and we realized that we had to turn somewhere else in order to buy my scuba course.We went on the better buisness bureau site and saw that the first company was listed on their site.I felt so stupid,if we only had turned to them first.Then we would have seen that ,that company was no good.That whole mess made me so angry because those 300 dollars was money that we had worked hard for,and who were they to cheat that money out of us?A long process and a lot of phonecalls started in order to get any kind of money back from that company.We went on our vacation and we didnt let that bad experience ruin our vacation .I can promise you one thing though,I will never do buisness online again without checking out the company first if I dont know the company.To new internet users I can recomend one thing if you are making any kind of purchase online,make sure that you are doing a transaction with a legit company.Check them out first!Stop the scammers.
