Valentines Day is around the corner. In five days to be exact.Id like to think that we can show each other love at any day of the year but off course it is very exciting with a special day for that. Some people argue with me and say; oh we have too many holidays already! Why cant people stop and learn how to relax? Why do we have to rush all the time? I think that we live in such a high pace society that we forget to live. I think that it is nothing wrong with celebrating holidays. The more the better because it gives us a chance to brake away from the every day stress that we live in. Some people though stress even more when they have a vacation ore celebrate a holiday. Then they have missed the point. Those times are times when we really should relax. To boost our bodies energy so we are well rested before we have to go back to the stress again. If people could only understand that stress is dangerous to your health. If you know that you live with a lot of stress then there are many things you can do. Try yourself to identify what you think causes your stress. If there are several factors then write all of them down.
When you have that piece of paper, and then compare it to the facts. That can be either online source ore stress consultants ore stress managing meetings. If you compare your stress factors with the signs they show you there then you can identify yourself with that. I wish that people could see what stress causes. It causes people to be burnt out and is one factor why people die so much sooner than they have to. It brakes up families and destroys lifes.If you recognize yourself don’t fall in the same trap.
